BILL COPELAND
 

BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA---

COPELAND, MR. WILLIAM THOMAS, SR., 69, of Birmingham
passed away August 21, 1999. Mr. Copeland was a member,
Deacon and Sunday School Superintendent at Oak Grove 
Baptist Church on Cahaba Valley Road.

He retired from the U.S. Air Force and General Electric Medical
Systems.

Survivors include his wife, Tommie C. Copeland; daughter,
Frances C. Lucas of Hueytown; son, William "Billy" Thomas 
Copeland, Jr. of Birmingham;grandchildren, Stevi, Abbey and 
Scott; sister, Ruth C. Montgomery of Adamsville, AL. 

Visitation was Monday, August 23 Elmwood Chapel.
The funeral service was Tuesday, August 24th at Elmwood 
Chapel with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.
