Gordon
John (Gordy) Sanders, age 58, of Minnetonka, passed away peacefully,
surrounded by family and friends on Jan. 17, 2001.
Survived by loving wife of 34 years, Wendy; daughter, Tracy; son, Chris
& daughter-in-law, Kim; grandchildren, Taelyn and Cole; mother,
Gertrude; sisters, Sandra Thoma, Kathy Bielen and Cindy Brod; brother,
Rick. Preceded in death by father, Gordon B.
He always found a way to lighten our heart when we were down, and his
steadfast nature brought us everlasting support. His passion for life and
the outdoors was shared with many. His family and friends see him pass on
to God's will and cherish their memories of him.

PM Sunday, Washburn-McReavy Edina Chapel, W. 50th St. & Vernon Ave. at
Hwy 100, Edina. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Monday with visitation
beginning at 10 AM at the Church of St. Patrick, Valley View at Gleason
Rd., Edina. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to ARDS Research, c/o Mayo
